How much truth is there in the popular belief that alien nanotechnological devices disguised as mosquitoes have already been planted in all major population areas, designed to steal human DNA in order to create mind-altered clones to replace the existing population to further "their" agenda of total world domination? Is there an easy way to distinguish them from ordinary mosquitoes? Will inadvertently swatting one of them potentially provoke a massive retaliation by vastly superior alien forces? What will happen to us once we've been replaced by these alien grown clones?
"Paraterrestrial (AKA "alien") technology is more refined than that used by the forces of the New World Order. Whereas NWO Black Helicopters are nanobiotechnologically produced, Paraterrestrial DNA Harvesters (PDHs) are completely organic in nature, being genetically engineered from already extant lifeforms. In fact, the only difference between a PDH and a normal mosquito is behavioral (PDHs return to a deposition site after feeding so that the contents of their guts may be taken to DNA processing centers making them virtually impossible to detect. Swatting one wouldn't mark you for retaliation since they have been designed to be expendable.
While it is certain that Paraterrestrial agencies are sampling human DNA, it is not certain what they are doing with it. The theory that they will replace humans one-by-one with clones is a popular one, but it doesn't seem to be supported by any evidence (i.e. actual cloned humans). Also, it seems to be a rather pointless strategy. If they could replace us, why do it piecemeal? Why not just get rid of humanity first, then repopulate with clones, or even themselves? As far as being replaced, most exprts agree that you have more to worry from NWO animatronic simulacrums than ET "body snatchers".
So what are they doing with the DNA? The most widely accepted theory is that they are engineering human genes, to be delivered to our genomes via retroviruses, that will alter our behavior making us amiable to Paraterrestrial rule. This will give them large numbers of beings under their control without having to create them through resource-intensive cloning. Thanks to the NWO's efforts to protect their differing agenda (i.e. through mosquito control and contra-retroviruses), the Paraterrestrials don't appear to be making as much headway as one would expect otherwise, so we are relatively safe--for now."

My yard has a few inches of organic material on top of clay. It grows mostly moss. I'm too lazy to do any work. What can I do.

One word: Moles. Moles will tunnel through the clay and push their diggings to the surface in piles on top of the organic material. After a relatively short time geologically speaking, your yard will be a homogenous mixture of clay, organic material, and mole fossils, unlike the yards of your more short-sighted neighbors.
Now this is the type of stimulating question that I'm happy to be able to answer.

Now, to answer your question, you have nothing to worry about as long as you aren't burning the image of an American flag, certain corporate logos, or religeous icons because in the US we abhor the air pollution this type of activity is likely to cause. Perhaps you're in need of a more acceptable hobby. Can I interest you in a nearly new 10 gage sawed-off shotgun only used once in preventing an out of turn freeway merge?
